Kavachswap operates kavachswap.com (the "Interface"). This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected when you use the Interface and how it is used. Because Kavachswap is non-custodial, we do not require registration or submission of personal information. The primary data associated with your activity is your blockchain wallet address, which is publicly visible on-chain.

We do not collect: Social Security numbers, government IDs, payment cards, passwords, or biometrics. We do not perform KYC or AML at this time.
The Solana blockchain is a public ledger. Any transaction you submit is permanently recorded and visible. This includes your wallet address, tokens swapped, amounts, and timestamp. Wallet addresses should be treated as pseudonymous, not anonymous.
The Interface may use RPC providers, Jupiter Quote API, and hosting/CDN (e.g. Cloudflare). Each has its own privacy policy. Transaction data and wallet address may be transmitted to RPC providers to submit and read blockchain data.
We may use localStorage or session storage for preferences (e.g. slippage, selected tokens). This stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Information is used only to operate and improve the Interface, detect abuse, respond to communications, and comply with law. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising.
Server log data is retained for a limited period (e.g. 30–90 days). On-chain data is permanently retained by the Solana network and outside our control.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us at kavachswap@gmail.com. We cannot modify or delete data on the Solana blockchain. EEA, UK, and California residents may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
The Interface is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
